Kayum’s vast knowledge of house music and djing expertise spans over 25 years. Kayum was 1 of the 5 members of the collective Movementz. Along with having tracks included on compilations for Defected and Ministry of Sound, The collective have produced a number of recordings, notably “29 Calls” released on Germanys infamous dance label Sonar Kollektiv and “The House of III Repute” on Universe Media to critical acclaim. These tracks getting plays from the likes of Osunlade, Rocky and Diesel (XPress 2), Tony Humphries, Ralph Lawson, Jimpster, DJ Deep, Gilles Peterson and Satoshie Tomiie to name a few. Along with managing a record label Kayum also did remixes including Maxwell's This woman's work with Timmy Vegas. He took his music to crowds up and down the UK as well as Internationally. In 2015 Kayum decided to step back from the djing scene concentrating on enjoying life and starting a family! Here you will find a few old mixes throughout the years ..and possibly a few new ones too!
