Dj Dade Marhaendra or better known as DJ Dade grew up surrounded by house music. It was the time of electronic music, underground movement, rave party scene, going to the legendary underground clubs in Jakarta such as B1, Parkit, and Bengkel Night Park watching his elder brother DJ Romy and DJ Anton, both Indonesian top notch DJs got him interested in the music industry. His other influences are Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Steve Lawler, and Danny Tenaglia, with the variety of different sounds, Dade creates a unique sound of quality of house music.
Age 19, Dade joined 1945 Music Factory and his career started by playing in small clubs in Jakarta (his hometown) then as he evolved and his music developed, he began playing in major clubs. His talent, skill, and ability to interact with the crowd through his mix of dance grooves landed him having semi-residency at Centro the Club (which was still managed by Centro the Club Singapore) in 2003-2005 which was his real breaking point.
