Billy Steele is a vital, magnetic artist whose abundant talent and charisma are already well known in the Manhattan fashion and club-going scenes.
Billy's philosophy on spinning records is simple: he wants to make people happy. His beats incite an absolute need to dance, as if there is unfinished business on the dance floor, and the result is pure emotional ecstasy.
He eschews the typical anthem songs, or anything that people can hear anywhere. He believes it his responsibility to offer club-goers a unique experience.
Billy has worked with major fashion label icons such as Gucci, YSL, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger and Kenneth Cole. He has DJ’d premier parties for J Records, Showtime, Disney & MTV.
Most recently he has been remixing and producing music for major record labels and artists.
Billy has played throughout North America, but always keeping his home in New York City.
He is currently a resident DJ at Tao & Lavo NYC.
