Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan
DJ Sid was born in Hachioji city, Tokyo in 1964. After having spent boyhood in Tokyo, he emigrated to Hamamatsu city, Shizuoka in 1987.
In 1988, his DJ activity was started in "City cafe" which was the first club in Hamamatsu city. Immediately after DJ activity was begun, he was fascinated by the House & Garage Music, and he organized a lot of underground parties where House & Garage music was played, and himself DJ-played, too. These parties got an excellent reputation and became the foundation of the later Hamamatsu House Music Scene.
In December, 1996, at the same time as club "Planet cafe" in Hamamatsu city opened, he was elected as Resident DJ of this club, and then for many years, he intoxicated more than 300 crowds every weekend night.
In late years, he has returned to Tokyo, while continuing the activity of party "Harmony" which was his lifework to reach the 25th anniversary in October, 2021, in club "The music space juju" of Kofu city, Yamanashi, he built and tune up the juju'
