Being originally from NYC, DJ Rubish was influenced by the Freestyle era as well as the 80’s and 90’s club scene. From early on, he was surrounded by music and his tastes were formed by family; his mother’s love of disco, brother’s freestyle DJ career, cousins Rock phase and all the varying genres that passed through the airwaves in NYC.
Currently residing in Philadelphia, he enjoys spinning Deep House, EDM and Mainstream remixes as well as a bit of Trance but is not afraid to try anything that catches his ear. He is on the airwaves Sunday nights at 7PM EST on
kickradio.co.uk, he is looking to expand his experience to encompass a consistent position in the local scene.
