Renate was born in Ciudad Real, Spain, on the 14th of October 1981. Since very young, he’s always been surrounded by music. Indeed, his father and elder brother used to play guitare. At the age of 14, he started getting interested in percussion and decided to buy his first drum. He then started going out at a club from Valdepeñas, called “La City”, where he experienced electronic music for the first time. From then on, he bought his first discs and entered into the DJs’ world. Two years after, he succeeded in becoming the resident DJ of “La City” where he would stay for 6 years. By that time, some of his sessions were emitted on the radio and were greatly received by the public who started growing more and more.
