The Hague, Netherlands
DJ Peter started spinning records in 1985 on the radio with his friends. Inspirited by local deejays of former Dutch pirate stations like 'Penelope' and 'Radio Stad Den Haag' his love for House and Dance music was born. At that time the godfather of soul 'Ferry Maat' created a new flavor on danceable tunes on a weekly base at '3FM Soul Show'. Dancings like 'Beach Bar' and 'Dancing Discotheek de Marathon' started with a concept to play different styles rather than regular pop music nowadays.
These days there are too many music styles to elaborate. One of them Jacking" music and dance is making a huge comeback. The Chicago Jacking scene is link to other styles Chicago house music like deep house, founded in London.
Through the years DJ Peter developed his own unique style , Motown House , R&B Jazz , Deep Disco and of coarse Jackin' House. Life is too short to listen to bad music.
