DJ Dikoda

I'm a passionate hobby DJ who first started mixing in the early '90s - back when turntables and vinyl were the tools of the trade.

Over the years, I went from vinyl to CDs, and eventually to digital DJing and software. After a long break, I found my way back to mixing - with a very different toolbox this time.

I don't like to put too many boundaries around the music. House and Tech House are often where I start, but I can easily drift into harder, funkier, groovier or more disco-influenced territory.

I have a real soft spot for great vocals - especially when they bring something unexpected. I love discovering tracks in different languages and Spanish vocals have a particular place in my heart.

I'm also not afraid to get my hands dirty: I enjoy editing and reworking tracks to make them fit the way I hear them in a mix.

Thanks for listening - and enjoy the ride.
