DJ Voz (Luis Sanchez) was born in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico in 1983. Dj Voz’s passion for music began in his early childhood. Despite his family’s economic hardships, he started his musical training at age 10 through a neighborhood Catholic church.
His family migrated to the United States when he was 12, settling in El Paso, Texas. Finding that music education was more accessible in the US, DJ Voz diligently studied guitar and music theory throughout his middle and high school career.
DJ Voz credits French DJ and Producer Frank Le Saint as one his strongest motivators and collaborators early in his producing career. He composes his own music, sings his songs, writes poetry and produces other artists.
DJ Voz’s music is infused with the sounds of Latin, Classic and Modern Rock as well as English and Spanish Hip-Hop
