The megaphone gospel of rusty steel collecting old heavy metal inspired my practice of using found footage that is beyond repair and DIY field recordings of those fields that are no longer there or have been replaced with electromagnetic fields or generic housing projects. I especially like the alarm systems of shopping malls disguised as “immersive experience temples” where poeple will sell anything from self-worth, blood relatives, faith and big dreams or passionate ambitions for vouchers or coupons with more small letters than numbers on them.
