Diego Saa, born October 18, 1980, in Quito, Ecuador, is a versatile musician known for his eclectic tastes and multi-instrumental prowess. Starting with piano lessons at 13, he was influenced by rock, jazz, and classical music. He plays bass with pop-rock band Verde70, trumpet with ska-punk band Skanka Fe and funky hip-hop band Quimika Soul, and explores modular synthesizers with electronic jam band Llama Este Pez.

Primarily self-taught, Diego has recorded and toured extensively. Verde70 performed at the Latin Grammy Street Parties in major US cities. He owns TDF Records and TDF Recording Studio in Quito, fostering a vibrant music community and producing the SpaceTrip Music Festival, which has had four editions.

Diego's discography includes Verde70's Alegre Depresión and Tres a la Vez, and Skanka Fe's Buenos Chicos. Diego Saa's commitment to diverse musical traditions and innovative performances makes him a unique force in the music scene.
