Playing music has always been a part of my life, having grown up in a neighborhood surrounded by DJ's and drive-in-discotheques playing the best disco music available. I let the first wave of acid pass by me, and it was only when the second wave of house music was released (Ten City, Joe Smooth, Mr Fingers) that I fell in love with it... And although my style shifted a bit through the years, the basis has always been black music. The last couple of years i have specialized more in long beach sets (up to 10 hours), and for the club nights i prefer to cherry pick the events where i can play completely my music, keeping a sharp eye on the balance between playing what the crowd wants, and not staying true to the music I love.
