Raised to the sound of music from day one looking up to his musician father, Dobwai fell in love with music with a prominent and groovy baseline. Rebelling against his fathers metal band sounds he fell in love with raregroove funk and disco, this opened up to researching into the sounds of chicago house and discovering Frankie Knuckles, Larry Levan, David Mancuso and Masters at Work by the age of 12.

By his mid teens Dobwai had started collecting an impressive archive of sounds and sat for hours in his bedroom listening to some of the freshest house and electronica he could find, his first set of decks at 15 allowed him to practice what he'd dreamed of. The achieve grew massively over the years and countless hours of listening to mixes and tracks he has learnt how to take the dance floor on the perfect journey....
