Vits is a DJ, producer, and curator based in Helsinki, Finland, originally from Kibera, Nairobi, Kenya. His passion for music was shaped by the vibrant cultural life of his community, where he grew up immersed in hip hop, dancehall, and reggae before transitioning to DJing in 2013 with electronic dance music. His sound has since evolved to blend Organic & Tribal House, Afro Tech, Funky House, Melodic House, Progressive House, 3 Step, Gqom, and Amapiano. Known for energetic, groove-driven sets rooted in African rhythms and global dance culture, Vits creates immersive musical journeys. He has performed at venues and festivals including Alchemist and Tree House (Kenya), Löyly, Kaiku, Holiday Bar, Anomaly, and AAH! Amapiano Afro House Festival (Finland), as well as Fambula Festival (Kenya), Bayimba Festival (Uganda), and Kosmos Festival (Finland).
