These mixTAPES. (actual cassettes) are gonna be preserved and live on forever for kids in the new millennium to see how we got down. "We" being the true headz that lived in the mixtape era...because we owe it to hip hop, ourselves and the future generations to pass the torch. I don't put a tracklist of what songs, intros, interludes or instrumentals I use. When I was young in the early to mid 1990's the DJ at Friday nights from 12-2 on the radio would play songs I never heard before, without saying who it was most of the time. I LOVED the anticipation of not knowing what song was gonna be next. So I just had my blank tape in and on record. it was the lifestyle of the time. Peace everybody.
