Following his pioneering late 90s italian radio program "Planet Jungle", Dj Diskobolus started DB Sound, probably the only, or one of the very few, 100 % drum and bass italian radio programs, on air for some years early 2000, Then Dj Diskobolus also produced Basswaves fm for the Musicgel radio network. Basswaves fm was the national channel devoted to d&b, featuring a new mix from resident and guest djs every week, broadcasted across Italy and uploaded on the Musicgel website.
