Dj Dave Van Hook has been a fixture among the musicians and dance music dj's of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas since 1991. Being a top notch percussionist since he was seven years old, Dave Van Hook has gained experience in the rhythms of countless genres. Therefore, the crossover to electronic dance music was only "natural". And by the age of 15, he was playing percussion alongside his early dj favorites...Dj A1 and Dj Robert Taylor(Dallas, TX) in the early 90's. Throughout the years he has experimented with many types of musical roles...such as video scoring, percussionist, drummer, dj, composer, producer, and digeridoo player. His love for quality tracks, and history of flawless mixes has made him a favorite in clubs, fields, warehouses, house parties, etc...all over the state of Texas. He is very accustomed to playing multiple different genres or creating "themed" mixes on any dj set he puts together. Now he currently is producing electronic music under the name, "Harbinger Of Sound".
