Born and raised in Southern California. David Devine began collecting and playing vinyl in the mid 90's. Never conforming to one genre, his mixing ability takes you anywhere from House, Techno, Disco, 80's and Throwbacks.

In early 2007 he decided to hit the club scene and by the summertime the 'Re:Fresh Outdoor Gatherings’ began in San Diego. It was clear that he wanted to do something new & different in the music scene. So what better way than to have a day party. By bringing a sound system, inviting local dj's, friends & families to gather under the sun for the love of music, dance & unity.

Never expecting the impact it would have, Re:Fresh has grown into a staple as a summertime tradition in the lovely city of San Diego. Now, on its 17th year Re:Fresh continues bringing out the best in local talent & special guests to collaborate, bridge communities both in & out of the music scene...
