The Deep Cartel Soundsystem formed in 2000 out of the South West UK free party culture of the 1990's. DC hosted a regular club night at the Casbar in Exeter from 2000-2003 and continues to rock the underground with its infamous free parties. In 2010 the deep cartel recordings label was created.
