Dancing is my passion. I dance as often as possible in clubs and at festivals. It is a sort of meditation for me and gives me a lot of joy. Dancing is very sensual and can also be a spiritual experience where it is sometimes possible to go into trance.
Everyone dances in his or her own way. Whether it is simple or more developed is not important as long as you enjoy it. It can be nice to meet in the dance even if it is only a smile. So let us experience the joy to be found in the music and the dance!
I do have my bad habits but I dance clean and sober. The music is nice enough!
