OK I tried to live in San Francisco, everything was really great but the cost of living was outrageous for me. Considering the way I want to live, not with 4 roommates and no private outdoor space for BBQ and recreation, SF was just not working for me. So while I was visiting my buddy in Palm springs he suggested that I look in the desert so I know people here. and I looked and it just made sense to me. So here I am ... now with a single family (fag) home with 4 bedrooms 2 baths, w/d, 2 car garage, NO grass to cut, soon to have my BBQ in the back (with natural gas hookup) and no Parking Nazis filling the city coffers, 2K+$ rent (actually no mortgage at all) its kind of a nice place to be. I wont mention that we get about 95% sunny days here.
If your thinking about the area let me know. Love to have house guests.
I miss Vermont, the friends and the home that I made. Most of you are on my mind, a lot.
