Rum Ham (aka Colton Wheeler) first moved to the Okanagan area of British Columbia back in 2014 and was immediately wrapped up in the whirlwind that was the booming music scene of Kelowna, especially the funk influences of local heavy hitters such as JPod and Stickybuds. From Rum Hams first time on stage he was addicted to getting people grooving, and he began to build a career playing outdoor shows and house parties and loving every minute it of it. Skip forward 3 years and Colton has built himself quite a resume as being one of the funkiest DJ’s in the Okanagan. He has held two residencies, has played several impressive outdoor events, and opened night club performances for the likes of Stickybuds, Skiitour, and Sammy Senior. These days you can catch Rum Ham spinning his signature blend of funk, disco, hip hop and funky glitchy party anthems at several venues and outdoor events all across British Columbia.
