Lisbon & London
DJ duo that started informally in 2011, after both being responsible for the world music radio show "Artesanato Sonoro" (literally translated from Portuguese language as "Sound Art Crafts") at the Portuguese Radio Universidade de Coimbra. The pair decided to establish a sound system to do what they like the most which is to share the whole world music that makes them dance to. They have shared stages with projects/artists such as Skipe and Die, Trilok Gurtu, Lura, Meta Meta and others. They have played in several festivals and events such as Bons Sons Festival, Sons em Trânsito Festival, Rádio Faneca Festival, London's Festival 4 x 3, Bairro Intendente em Festa, Festival Folknova, Festins, amongst others. Colorau Som Sistema had a monthly residency at the Espaço Compasso in Porto, they have scatteredly played in Barcelona, London, Bristol and their recent activities focus between Lisbon, Aveiro and London.
