Clay Zane is a bestselling novelist and DJ, with over 20 years music experience playing an eclectic repertoire of hip hop, soul & funk, boogie, disco and house. Originally a resident of the Kings Cross party scene, Clay has played at some of the biggest parties in Sydney and interstate, supporting a long list of international and national DJs and bands, along with starting two of the South Coast’s longest running parties as a member of the BlockRockers.
Currently, Clay is the founder of the Oh No! It’s Disco! Party series, including sold-out events at East Village Hotel Sydney and Kiama Surf Club.
In recent years, Clay has been the festival support DJ for Crooked River Winery, Fine Wine Festival, Clearly Festival, Ministry of Sound Reunion Tour,
and since 2021 the Kiama NYE Sky Show, performing to over 10,000 people and hosted by Wave FM.
For his writing, Clay has been featured in many publications and nominated for the prestigious Prime Ministers Awards for Literature.
