Claire started DJing in the late ‘90s, inspired by house and disco from Chicago and New York, and subterranean sounds from Kenny Hawkes’ and Luke Solomon’s mid-week London party Space. While working as a journalist and editor for DJ magazine, she co-promoted London-based house night Satellite. Claire’s music/travel book ‘Waking up in Chicago’ was published while she co-owned two London pubs that hosted DJs and events. Outside of London, she’s DJed in Ibiza, San Francisco, Hong Kong, Beijing, Taiwan, Serbia, Macedonia, Estonia and Greece – now playing house and disco that spans decades, punctuated with today’s freshest dynamite.
