Welcome!This is Cinema Cemetery, a podcast about movies—more specifically, a podcast about old sci-fi/horror B-movies from days gone by. The period spanning the 1950’s through the early 1970’s was a time when a whole lots of films were released which are considered classics to this day. From A Streetcar Named Desire and Cool Hand Luke to Doctor Zhivago and The Godfather, this period produced some of the most iconic, canonical films in pop-cultural. On C.C., we won’t be dealing with any of those. Because that same time frame also produced some of the goofiest, campiest, schlockiest and most unintentionally(?) hilarious movies ever, which is more our speed. We aim to grab onto one of the golden eras of movies, flip it on its back and have a really good look at its underbelly.
