I am now an old codger of 55. I have many happy memories of being a teenager in Bournemouth in the early 80's. I used to go roller skating at the Rolabowl in Glen Fern Road that was located in one half of the Maison Royale nightclub. My friends and i used to occasionally got to the Outlook disco located at the top of the car park above the Rolabowl. We went to the odd party in Capone's Bar too. I got into funk and soul as a result.
