Cesos is a native Angeleno straight out of Historic West Adams, and the new kid in town with his budding DJ career. As he grew, his musical taste was greatly influenced by his exposure to classic and progressive rock. Whilst listening to John Bonham from Led Zeppelin, he became inspired to push his musical interests into percussion and began to play the drums - attending The Colburn School of Performing Arts. Throughout his education, he studied under drummers like Peter Erskine of Weather Report and marching percussion legend Tom Float - eventually marching with CSUN’s band while still in high school, marching snare in drum corps and becoming the marching percussion instructor and arranger for the award-winning Los Angeles High School for a decade. Falling down a rabbit hole after discovering the musical talents of Richard D. James, aka Aphex Twin (his biggest musical influence) he began exploring more and more ethereal and electronic music.
