Born in 1986, CERT-8 launched his career in 2004 following a transformative stay in Chicago and an inspiring encounter with House legend Farley Jackmaster Funk. He quickly established himself as a DJ and producer, hosting his own web radio show and organizing local events. Beyond his musical output, he worked as a journalist for magazines like Raveline and co-founded the label Mittel Zum Zweck in 2010. After a creative break starting in 2013 - during which he focused on event DJing and editorial work - CERT-8 made his official comeback in September 2025. Today, he merges his extensive experience as a promoter and producer into a signature sound ranging from Deep House to Tech-House. His deep-rooted understanding of the scene's history continues to define his dynamic sets.
