2017 - So time has moved on, but what on earth have I been doing all this time? Well I've been busy as hell!!!
After learning the basics of Ableton and knocking up a few basic tunes I got the hardware bug BIGTIME!!!!!
Before I knew what was doing I set about building a full on studio I could record myself jamming in. Fact is I miss djing so much and you just don't get that hands on feeling looking at a screen tapping buttons.....so I thought, "bring on the hardware!!"
I'll mostly let the pictures do the talking on this, as I went totally mad (and I haven't finished yet) but suffice to say I've built my dream studio. It's split into 3 main parts. Djing, Jamming and recording.
You can do so much more with Ableton, but I'm trying to be creative so its all hands on outside the DAW so I can get amongst it with Ableton at a later date.
Its been a journey of discovery and experimentation just to get this far and to be fair I've made life pretty hard for myself but its worth it.
