I am a radio producer, sound designer, performer, soundtrack creator and cultural animator. I select music that makes people feel good while also inviting them to explore new perspectives and unexpected sonic landscapes.
Since 1987, I have been producing and performing independently throughout Portugal, in cities such as Barreiro, Lisbon, Évora, Aveiro, Braga and Porto, as well as in the USA, appearing in artistic and cultural venues, theatres, university stages, and both mainstream and underground bars and clubs.
My journey has taken me through eight radio stations and four theatre companies, alongside numerous visual art installations, a collection of wonderfully unconventional performances, and countless nights behind the mixing desk. There, I have crafted soundtracks designed not simply to be heard, but to be lived, felt and remembered.
