Cardinal Zen is a music producer, songwriter, DJ, and sound designer based in Paris, France. Most of his works are published and released on iTunes, Amazon, Deezer, Spotify, Beatport, and more. His music is known in the softer side of electronic music - chillout, lounge, liquid dubstep, chilltrap, downtempo, and trip-hop. Started as a bedroom producer in 1999, he developed his own sound over the years composing and performing live music back in the Philippines in his early years. He also collaborated with various independent electronic music artists from countries like Japan, UK, France, and USA.
He is the founder of Transcode Recordings, an independent electronic music label and a music production outfit. He formed the label not just to fuel his passion for music but to inspire and nurture the young and aspiring beatmakers, producers, and DJs.
