From hip hop and breakdance in 80s to start of acid house @18 yrs old, stormed through the rave scene 88 to 95,local club held acid house/ raves there, Perception 91,92 Dance 90,91,92,93, Universe, Living Dream, Yikes and Zen at the notorious sweatbox in Slough, Raindance, Fantazia 92-93, London Astoria Buzbys, Turnmills the list is endless!! you had to be there, it isn't something you can explain to someone in words, the atmosphere in 89-94, it was unique in every way, the music, the people, the sound systems, colours, the buzz, the freeness for one night and be at one with the whole thing...i loved it when it went hard and dark...it made the sound system hum, i still venture out these days ...i just love the beats n bass and always will....old skool breakbeat always has my upmost attentions but do try other genres, tho none fit right in my head the way breakbeat hardcore and jungle does!! long live the old skool beats!!
