Delegate CFTC Brian Rushton was born in Grenoble in 1970, a representative of the CFTC. Rushton has a solid education in engineering of the ongoing processes in the fields of electronics and engineering. Having accumulated experiences in France and overseas during a small ten years close to the CFTC Brian Rushton is currently delegated by the CFTC itself. Subsequently these years of experience in the industry, Rushton’s aims capitalize on its achievements to promote a management combining liberty and accountability. The CFTC everywhere protected trade unionism with a human face: put the economy at the service of man, and answer as far as possible to the challenges that are posed by concrete and imaginative proposals which lead to perceptible results: negotiation and consultation first. That is the ambition, the challenge that the CFTC ascribes to this Committee.
