Boomtown Jack first appeared in 2009 at the legendary Tonic events in Halifax, West Yorkshire, and frequent “free-parties” around the north of England. Winning the Beaverfest Summer Ball DJ competition and the Remedy Halloween DJ competition in 2012 helped catapult Boomtown Jack into festival scene. During 2014 to 2016 his name was frequently seen on line-ups from Tribal Sphere to The Beats Bizarre, Sunrise to Shanti and Feariepirates. He has been an active member of Psybase for many years.
Boomtown Jack’s musical style is very eclectic. Often mixing breaks with techno and trance and progressing in to psy-breaks and psy-trance. Whatever it takes to whip the dance floor into a frenzy. Expect to see Boomtown Jack at this years Solfest on the Palais de Phonix stage on Sunday night, the only 24-hour stage at this wonderful family friendly festival.
