From an early age develop an affinity for electronic music when he
hears songs from The Prodigy or The Chemical Brothers. But his passion for music started with his cousin, where he had access to an impressive music database and, in particular, one song from David Morales called "Live to tell" and immediately thereafter "Needin you", when he decides to reseach the genre. The contact with the crouds happens in LMS Club from Braila, his birth town, where he manages to amaze with a dynamic and entertaining set. In 2001 meets the public from Bucharest in Studio Martin where he participated to a DJ contest with D-Layd and Robbie Jay. Over the years plays, in warm up, for important names as Raoul Russu, Dan Ene, Vania, Haute Culture aka Mihai Dobre from Suie Paparude, Slash & Doppe and manny more. In may 2011 decides to change gear approaching a new stage name, Bob Funke, and thus a representative new genre, funky house, pepered with influences from disco, tribal, jazz and electro.
