Music-wise, I look for the extraordinary. To play music to me means sharing my emotions and storytelling, elusive moments of an exchange between myself and the listener. My favourite genres are house, progressive house, electro, melodic techno, deep house and downtempo.
To me, sound is the most potent stimulant. Music constitutes my memories and emotions. I am fascinated by structure and complexity of music. With the 90ties a time of extremely diverse mainstream music came for me. And then, in full flare of MTV Poland, Fatboy Slim, Groove Armada, Etienne de Crecy launched a full scale attack on me, as well as - I’ll admit it shamefully - Bomfunk MCs.
In later years, I turned to more underground music: G-Pal, Gabriel & Dresden, Christian Cambas, Viton. I was lucky to observe the music evolve while taking part actively in the club life in Poland. These were the times where afterparties took place in private homes and those were places where I had my first ‘live sets’.
