Greg Cordo, a.k.a. Bassarid, is a Charlotte, NC based DJ known for taking his audience on a journey through worldly downtempo, funky minimal house, and deep/melodic techno. His sound also draws influence from jazz, hip hop, jungle, dub, ambient, and bass music.

Originally from Boston, he first began running music and lights for private parties in 2010. After moving down to Charlotte, he was adopted by a group of old school ravers and DJs who brought him to his first Burning Man event. Hooked on the underground sound, Greg soon found himself behind the decks at regional events. He has since played burns and festival stages from Michigan to Miami.
