Bashiyra has enjoyed Top 10 success & engagements as a songwriter by the production & song-writing team ‘Gamble and Huff’ the US based producers for the likes of Stephanie Mills and headlined in the very first tribute concert to celebrate the life and works of the ‘King of Pop’ at The O2, Greenwich, London, England.

Bashiyra’s catalogue & work ethic is recognised one year later by Herb Middleton whose discography production inc's Teddy Pendergrass, Biggie Smalls, Faith Evans, NAS, Phyllis Hyman, Usher and Mary J Blige, to name a few, who signs her to his USA based NuVybe Record label.
