Spinning® Interval Energy Zone. An interval ride mainly on a flat except for the last two sections out of six 5 min long each. On a 5 min long basis we are going to repeat two times these workouts:
aerobic extensive interval set;
aerobic-anaerobic intensive interval set;
aerobic anaerobic extensive interval set (climb).
You can teach them in a creative way: with a bike equipped with a power meter explain a set with Heart Rate targets and the second one with Power Zones instead. Most tracks courtesy from Paracelso Project and PDJ Project.
