Alf Keil are Ruben Fernandes aka Matizz and Romeu. Their paths only
crossed in 2014, which is surprising as they both grew up in the Portuguese south coast
Algarve, and share a similar musical history. It was on the dance floors where they both
got hypnotized by the banging sounds of the house and techno clubs of the late 90s
and early 2000’s. Spending many hours on the dance floor, they both developed a
deeper interest in the music and the makers behind it. Both became passionate vinyl
diggers and collectors, and eventually started DJing. Over the years their collections
expanded simultaneously along with their musical horizon. When the two finally met in
2014, they instantly clicked. They started playing records together in the studio for hours
and hours, defying genres and rules, always challenging the other with a surprise from
the record bag. Relocating to Lisbon, they played numerous events and gigs and since,2016 host the monthly two-hour show on Radio Quantica
