Born and raised on the mean streets of Duisburg Alex Turner started his musical journey when he was 15, when he was given a slap by his Cousin. It was at this moment that Alex knew he wanted to be part of 'The Scene'.
He first became interested in electronic music in 1994. Aged 15, he bought his first set of turntables. He was 17, already being touted as Duisburg's answer to Chris Liebing or Adam Beyer. First gigs in clubs like 'Cellar Club' in Oberhausen starts in 1997. There he was resident for the next years. It was in the millenium, he won a DJ Contest at 'TOR3' in Düsseldorf, the biggest Club Scene this time with up to 2500 visitors. After this point when he started getting gigs at big events such as 'Union Rave' and other clubs like 'Poison Club' Düsseldorf, 'Barmer Bahnhof' Wuppertal and others.
After a big break because of the family, Alex Turner comes back as producer/remixer and joined SDL Recordings Germany, who helped distribute his first release, 'Deep Impact' in 2015.
