Adam ‘Da Believa’ is a Kootenay, BC based DJ who has been exploring the depths of the global sound system music culture over the years. Having been taken on apart of Sub Chakra, one of Calgary Alberta's leading promotions, he participates in harnessing the potential of connection through sound system music, hosting local events involving both locals and international headliners.
Involved in becoming a conduit for the music culture.
A performance from Da Believa are influenced by the more archaic, ancient, eastern and worldly sounds, focused on a deep-end, low-frequency, bass driven dubstep and half-time drum & bass palette. Molding together elements of depth and energy tailored to deliver a conscious message, taking the listener on a spiritual journey deep into the blend of music. The combined influences of both organic, natural sounds, as well as those sounds representing the forward motion of music through electronic representation.
