Abel began his career in Funeral Service at an Independently owned funeral home while attending mortuary school. He graduated from Commonwealth College of Funeral Service in 1983.
His many years of experience includes helping families through their most difficult times of their lives with dignity, respect and compassion. His vast knowledge in preparation of human remains and the reconstruction of traumatic cases has earned Abel the respect by his colleagues in his profession.
Throughout his career, he has worked with Life gift and Harris County Social Services burial program, this enabled him to dedicate himself to working with families though loss of a loved one and is now dedicated to educate others the importance of pre planning and preparing oneself for the end of life celebrations.
He is presently employed as a Senior Embalmer/ Funeral Director with the Houston Service Center, an affiliate of (Dignity) and represents over 43 Funer
