This is the mindset that Joseph Volais has when delving into his musical form. Born and raised in Ohio with a lifelong passion for music, becoming an artist himself was no surprise. Blending his signature Progressive Trance style with elements of Deep House, Pop, Techno and Metal, he aspires to take you on a journey through music.
Growing up gay in the midwest, it was always easy to feel like an outsider. Music quickly became Joseph’s escape - his own therapy, personal religion, and constant companion. This deeper connection to the musical world fostered his love for raw, and emotional moments. Utilizing these experiences, Joseph sees himself more as an emotional storyteller through music: nostalgia, surprise, and heartache being only a few of the first chapters to this novel.
