Now in its 17th year, long-serving nightclub Truth is widely regarded as an institution. As a proud purveyor of dance music in all its forms and working with a long list of local and international talents - the club has helped cultivate the city’s flourishing electronic music scene.

South Africa's acid house scene took root in the late 80's and by 1999 dance music had blossomed into a vibrant local scene. It was at this time that Truth opened its doors. Pretoria’s old snake park— a vast venue with both outdoor and indoor spaces provided the perfect framework for a multi-floor nightclub. The space was transformed into the nocturnal playground of electronic music its known and loved as today.
Over the years, Truth has hosted some of the most cutting edge artists in the world including Richie Hawtin, Tiefschwarz, Lee Burridge, Paul Van Dyk, Silicone Soul, Edu Imbernon, Stimming, Sister Bliss, Wally Lopez, Conrad Black, Cosmic Gate, Sasha, Ferry Corsten, Style of Eye and many more!
