I started DJ'ing over 30 years ago, at the dawn of house music in Waterford City Ireland. I was heavily influenced by the local club nights of the time, such as Tasty, Can't Stop, and Manfridays.
In the mid-90s, I was a finalist in the Hit The Decks DJ competition and won the Wheels of Steel DJ competition. However, when the house music scene in Waterford faded I lost touch with the music industry, but never lost the love for the music.
When I returned to college in 2009, I joined the WIT DJ Society and played a few gigs in Waterford City. This Re-Ignited my passion for the music. Around this time I also featured on an online radio show on DeadlyTunes.Fm, providing me with a new platform to share music with others. Currently I host a monthly 2 hour show on another online radio station, Dance Nation Radio (www.dancenationradio.ie) called "The Monthly Takeover".
