Tino Di Placido has been DJing on & off the Leeds club scene and in and out of nightclubs North & South since the late 80’s. He’s not afraid to delve into any genre of dance music and has been known to do just that.

Having grown up in the 1970’s in a family household with Rock ‘N’ Roll, Soul, Funk and Disco as the main soundtrack to his childhood, it wasn’t long before Electro and the early Hip Hop scene came along and helped forge and influence his own personal musical taste and path. Later in the 1980’s he was of course swept up in the US House music wave and it has been a staple in his life ever since.

He has had a number of Residencies at infamous nights on the Leeds and London Club Circuit over the years. He has been known to play Deep & Tribal house sets, Soul, Funk & Boogie sets aswell as Hip Hop and Electro sets. These days he admits that he just likes to play whatever he feels regardless of the tempo or genre or year the track was released.
