Two guys, one hour, a whole lotta soul.
Rarely have three such genres had such a cultural and historic impact on society. It is difficult to argue that any other genres have been so instrumental in the fight against discrimination, the breakdown of societal barriers and subsequent mixing of cultures. Whilst preceded by landmark genres such as Blues, Jazz and R'n'B, (which we both love and enjoy) it was not until soul, funk and disco that such change was truly made.
