hhmmm, the chicken. a very tight spot, concentrating hard on good drinks, great records & wonderful heads. we welcome dancing on the seats, smoking on the steps & chatting up the bar staff. we more than welcome it, we live off it. we love hip-hop, soul, funk, breaks, mojitos, short skirts, snappy shirts, big hair, bigger sunglasses, apple products, colourful tattoos, erdinger & guinness, sharp smarts, long debates, one-liners, a nice pair of adidas, sunday papers, the way barcelona play football, a diet coke, vinyl, jager straight from pourer to lips, stopping serving for 30 seconds when a particularly good record comes across the speakers (just so we can take it in properly), whiskey, rock'n'roll. we love asking everyone into one tiny room & gently losing a few hours of a weekend. we love whiling away a sunny tuesday evening on the steps looking out onto the square & the mighty clock. this is bliss...
